4) Booking and payments

If you choose to book a cruise, payments go directly to the cruise line (not to us). We may help facilitate booking details and communications. We share personal information with a cruise line only when you choose to proceed and consent to booking.

5) How we share information

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate our business (e.g., email delivery, scheduling, customer support systems, hosting/IT). Examples may include: Zendesk, SendPulse, Calendly, and automation tools such as Zapier.
  • Advertising/analytics partners (e.g., Meta Platforms) when tracking is enabled and consistent with your settings/consent.
  • Cruise lines and travel suppliers only after you choose to book and consent.
  • Authorities or others when required by law, to protect rights, or to prevent fraud.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. However, under some U.S. privacy laws, certain advertising-related sharing (for example via pixels) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." See Section 9.

6) Marketing communications (Email / SMS / WhatsApp)

  • Email: If you sign up or request information, we may send you emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
  • SMS/WhatsApp: If you opt in (for example via a checkbox on our forms), we may contact you by SMS/WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or by emailing us).
  • SMS/MMS Messaging Consent. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7) Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

  • Leads (no booking): up to 24 months
  • Customers (booked): up to 7 years (for record-keeping and support)

  • Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in our emails.
  • Cookies/Tracking: You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner (where available) or your browser settings.

9) U.S. privacy rights and "Do Not Sell or Share"
