2) Website platform / third-party hosting

This Website is provided through a platform and/or hosting services operated by Cruise.com (the "Platform Provider"). Certain site content, tools, inventory, pricing, and booking functionality may be supplied by or linked to third parties, including Cruise.com and cruise lines. Your use of the Website may also be subject to the terms and policies of third parties (including Cruise.com, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers).

3) Our role (affiliate / travel advisor)

We act as an intermediary to help you identify travel options and, where applicable, facilitate booking with cruise lines and other travel service providers. We do not own or operate cruise ships, airlines, hotels, or tour operators. Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. We do not control their operations, policies, or performance.

4) No separate service fee

We do not charge a separate service fee for general cruise planning assistance unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific service.

5) Booking, payments, and supplier terms

When you book travel, you are contracting directly with the travel supplier (for example, the cruise line). Payments are made directly to the cruise line (or the applicable supplier), not to VL Family Voyages, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product/service. All bookings are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, including the cruise line's Passenger Ticket Contract and any rules related to fares, deposits, final payment dates, cancellations, changes, and penalties.

6) Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set by the travel supplier (e.g., the cruise line). Many bookings involve cancellation penalties that increase as departure approaches. It is your responsibility to review and understand supplier cancellation/change penalties before booking. We can help you obtain these details, but the supplier's policy controls.

7) Prices, availability, and special offers

Prices and availability can change quickly and may vary by cabin category, promotions, and inventory controls. We do not guarantee that a displayed price, promotion, or offer will remain available. Special offers (for example, "2nd guest free," onboard credits, deposit promotions, or bundle packages) are subject to availability and supplier terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and may have restrictions.
